Terror Attack Foiled Outside Shomron Court

A Palestinian Authority Arab was arrested outside a Samaria military court near Kfar Salem on Sunday morning, according to Border Police.

At the checkpoint outside the court, he was discovered to have been carrying a pipe bomb.

The court was closed as security forces cleared the area and sappers neutralize the bomb.
