Watch: PM Netanyahu Responds to Report that Iran is Accelerating its Nuclear Program

"It is essential that Iran fully implements its nuclear-related commitments under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)," IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano told the Agency’s Board of Governors on Sunday.

Mr Amano noted the announcement by Iran’s Supreme National Security Council on May 8th that Iranian council had “issued an order to stop some of Iran’s measures” under the JCPOA.

In response to the IAEA report that Iran is accelerating its nuclear program, PM Netanyahu issued his own announcement that Israel will not allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons.

"Zarif is lying again. Iran is the one that openly threatens, every day, to destroy the State of Israel. Iran continues to entrench itself militarily in Syria. And today, the IAEA reports that Iran is accelerating its nuclear program. I repeat: Israel will not allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons that threaten our existence and endanger the entire world," Prime Minister Netanyahu declared.
