Knesset Speak Yuli Edelstein stopped the Knesset session on Tuesday to tell Knesset Member’s that Temple Mount activist Rabbi Yehuda Glick called to say he is breathing on his own for the first time since was critically wounded two weeks ago when a Jerusalem Arab terrorist shot him.

Edelstein was standing at the podium during the Knesset session when he said that Glick was calling him to update him on his condition.

Shortly later, the Speaker told the Knesset, "He asked to speak with me and said he wanted to call immediately with good news.”

“I know you fight for the right to speak,” Glick said. I have been fighting several days for the right to breathe. Now that I can breathe alone, I wanted to share it with you."
