Rocket Explodes Near Gaza Border Fence

A rocket exploded near the security fence in the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council. It is still unclear whether the rocket fell in Israeli territory or in the Gaza Strip area. No injuries or damage were reported. The "Red Paint" alarm was not sounded before the landing.
