UPDATE: Rocket Alert Karnei Shomron - Unannounced Test (11:41am)

11:41am Talk about really bad timing.

Sirens heard in Shomron communities were an (unannounced) siren test in the community of Maaleh Shomron. The siren was heard in Karnei Shomron, Ginot Shomron, Yakir, Nofim and Emmanuel. It was *only* a test.

11:39 am OK. Now this is just strange.
