Meet an Olah from Uruguay - Returning Home
Natalie opens the show by discussing the increase in violence in Judea and Samaria over the past few weeks, and discussing New Years and the absence of any celebrations; Natalie's guest is Chana Beris, who made aliyah from Uruguay in 1979 at the age of 18, went to college, served in the IDF, got married and grew a family. Chana is a journalist for several media outlets, mainly for Semanario Hebreo (The Hebrew Weekly of Uruguay) which was founded by her father in 1960.
