Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the parent company of Anheuser-Busch, the world’s largest beer manufacturer, announced on Thursday that it’s opening a cybersecurity unit in Tel Aviv to help protect the company from increasing attacks.

Financial details were not disclosed.

“With increasing digitalization, we have to be prepared to defend against anything coming,” AB InBev vice president of global security and compliance Luis Veronesi told Reuters.

AB InBev started operating in Israel last year after acquiring startup Weissbeerger, which “developed a platform to analyze beverage consumption at point of sale by connecting beer taps to the internet and collecting data from the register,” reported Reuters.
