Hamas Won't Disarm, Will Expand Operations

A senior Hamas terrorist, Khalil al-Hayya, said on Monday that Hamas won't disarm as part of the reconciliation agreement with Fatah.

He said that the group will expand their activities in Judea and Samaria.
