American Mediator Denies That Israel Rejected Lebanon Offer

American mediator Amos Hochstein clarified during a telephone conversation with Elias Bou Saab, Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, that the Israeli side has yet to respond to the latest Lebanese proposal regarding the maritime border demarcation.

Hochstein's words are an official denial of the reports published in Lebanon in recent days, according to which Israel rejected the Lebanese offer.
