Arab Uses Screwdriver to Attack Jew in Jerusalem

A 32 year-old Israeli man was stabbed in the upper body with a screwdriver on Sunday evening, Nov. 16, in Jerusalem.

The attack took place on HaNeviim Street, in central Jerusalem, near the Damascus Gate.

After the attack, the assailant, described as an "Arab youth" took off, disappearing as he raced towards the Nablus Gate of the Old City.

The Israeli man continued walking after the attack, and approached the border guards, to report what had happened. The Border Police took the man to the Kotel plaza.

Magen David Adom emergency services treated the injured man at the Kotel, and he was then evacuated to Shaare Tzedek Medical Center.

This latest incident took place during an escalating series of terrorist attacks in which lone Arabs use their own primitive weapons or cars, in an effort to inflict maximum harm to Jews and the Jewish State.
