Armed Terrorist Arrested Following Nebi Elias Shooting/Stoning Attack

A bus driver reported on Monday that his windshield was smashed by stones as he drove on Highway 55, on the new section of road in the Shomron that bypasses Nebi Elias and Azun. Parts of the windshield shattered into the bus, but the stone did not hit the driver -- which the driver attributed to the holy book and charity box he keeps on his dashboard.

There was also suspected gunfire targeting vehicles on that road.

A Palestinian Authority Arab from Nebi Elias was arrested on Monday evening for throwing stones at the bus as well as for shooting at vehicles with an improvised homemade handgun [pictured above].

The terrorist was captured with the gun and bullets.
