Hostage Situation Over - Australian Police Storm Lindt Chocolate Cafe

Australian police stormed the Lindt Chocolate Cafe to free the hostages.

Police SWAT teams entered the cafe using flash grenades. Gunfire was also heard.

There are reports that some hostages may have been injured.
