Lipa Schmeltzer

Lipa Schmeltzer is a world-renowned singer and composer and currently an undergraduate student at Columbia University-School of General Studies where he’s focusing on ethnomusicology, composition, and creative writing. His involvement with MusiCare, AmeriCare’s innovative musical therapy program for the elderly, led him to research this issue.
