Rabbi Hillel Goldberg

Rabbi Hillel Goldberg is editor and publisher of the Intermountain Jewish News (IJN), with the longest-running weekly column in Jewish journalism. His writing has earned numerous Rockower Awards for excellence in Jewish journalism. Israel Salanter: Text, Structure, Idea (Ktav), his doctoral thesis on Rabbi Israel Salanter, was awarded the Academic Book of the Year by Choice. Two of his other groundbreaking works, The Fire Within (Artscroll/Mesorah) and Between Berlin and Slobodka (Ktav), were recently reprinted. His most recent book is Across the Expanse of Jewish Thought: From the Holocaust to Halakha and Beyond (Ktav).
