Rabbi Yaakov Bieler

Rabbi Yaakov Bieler has taught in day schools and served in the communal Rabbinate since being ordained by Yeshiva University in 1974. He is the founding rabbi of the Kemp Mill Synagogue in Silver Spring, MD, and served in that capacity for twenty-five years. R. Bieler is married and the father of four with nine grandchildren.
