Trade volume between Gaza and Israel is at a high since the beginning of the year.

In its monthly activity report, the IDF's Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) confirmed to Tazpit News Agency that products made in the Gaza Strip are being sold in Israel.

The reverse is also true, according to the COGAT Spokesperson. Even Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria are also doing business by selling to Arab merchants in Gaza.

The confirmation comes against the backdrop of the continued flow of goods and personnel across the Israel-Gaza border.

In April, Gaza received 63,468 tons of construction materials through Israeli crossing points, contributing to the reconstruction efforts following the 50-day 2014 summer conflict "Operation Protective Edge."

In addition, 447.6 tons of merchandise were marketed from Gaza to Israel and abroad. A total of 3,754.9 tons of merchandise were marketed since October 2014

Over 760,000 crossings were made by Arabs from Judea and Samaria into Israel to work in the same month. A large number work in the construction industry, including in the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.
