Burning Car Outside French Synagogue is Not Terror Attack

A car went up in flames outside a French Synagogue in Sarcelles at around 4 PM.

Paris is on high alert right now, so it is important to point out that it is believed the car went on fire due to a mechanical problem, and it was not a terror attack.
