Gusty Winds Making Mess in Shomron

David HaIvri, spokesman for the Shomron Regional Council, reporting that wintry weather has wrought havoc in the biblical heartland of Samaria, knocking down construction projects and causing damage to buildings.

Homes under construction in Givat Harel and Yitzhar were knocked down during the night.  The roof of the synagogue in Kfar Tapuach was ripped off by the wind, and several trees are down across the region.
