Islamic Prisoners Try to Tunnel Out of Israeli Jail.

Israel's Prison Services (IPS) caught a group of Islamic Jihad prisoners trying to escape from Shateh prison near Beit Shean, according to a Jerusalem Post report.

The jailed terrorists had dug a 4 meter long tunnel from one of the bathrooms into the prison yard. They had made fake ID cards and prison guard uniforms.

The prison guards found the tunnel by accident when they were searching for weapons, after they received reports of a planned kidnapping attack on the guards by the inmates.
