Michael Douglas Visits Kotel

Last Friday actor Michael Douglass and Catherine Zeta-Jones visited the Western Wall to celebrate the bar mitzvah of their son, Michael Dylan.

The family met with Rabbi of the Western Wall, Rav Shmuel Rabinovitch, who led the family on a tour of the Western Wall Tunnels and the history of the Jewish People in Jerusalem.

The rabbi led prayers at the Western Wall plaza with the family and stressed the importance of the Temple Mount and the remnant of the Holy Temple.

“This site is important and meaningful to Jews and non-Jews alike,” the rabbi stressed.
