Arab sources report that Hamas terrorist leader Ismail Haniyeh spoke on the phone with Israeli Arab MK Ahmad Tibi. Heniyeh blessed Tibi in honor of the Muslim Eid al-Fitr holiday.

MK Tibi was formerly an advisor to the terrorist Yasser Arafat.
