Not Everyone Has a Bomb Shelter

Unfortunately, not everyone has a real bomb shelter nearby.

In Nitzan, one of the southern settlements that was selected to house many of those expelled from Gush Katif, residents have to take cover in large sewer pipes that were brought in to be used as bomb shelters.
