The people are crying The subjects are dying The royals all look on In SILENCE.

The peasants all plead For their brothers in need But the king chooses to Be SILENT. He sits through the balls Has the nerve through them all To eat, drink, and be merry And SILENT.

While the people get thinner He gets triples of dinner He sits and he smiles while

There’s so much he could do Resources are not few He refuses to end all His SILENCE.

Six million tortured souls Scream as one, as a whole But all anyone will hear Is some SILENCE.

It seems so unreal That a kingdom can’t feel For the subjects but simply Be SILENT.

But it happened before When we all were at war And the whole world chose to just Stay SILENT.

A nation was tormented By a country demented While everyone else was Just SILENT.

They had their festive meals And they chose not to feel For a people who screamed for No SILENCE.

Their brothers came to their aid And many of them were saved But many more could’ve been Without SILENCE.

So much could’ve been done To save every last one Nothing was, so six million Are silent.
