Swiss Philanthropists Rewarding Citizens Who Stop Terror Attacks

"Adi Gast, 65, who lives in Israel, and his son David, 30, who lives in New York, will grant $5,000 to any security guard or concerned citizen who prevents terrorist attacks." according to a Jerusalem Post report.
