The Joy of Really Getting It - Soul Talk

On the holiday of Shavuot we celebrate receiving the Torah. A large segment of the Torah contains a lot of rules, commands and regulations for how G-d expects us to live our lives. Why is this a reason to celebrate? Is there really joy in living a commanded life?
