When Deterrence Fails, Build a Wall [photos]

When you don't or won't implement a particularly effective deterrence plan to prevent terrorism, it appears the only step left is to wall yourself in.

Following the police's security decision, the police have started placing concrete cubes alongside the Jerusalem Light Rail platforms to try and prevent terrorists from driving cars into the stations.
