Will Abbas Pay Salaries to #EyalGiladNaftali Terrorists?

If, God forbid, the terrorists who murdered Eyal Yifrach, Gil-Ad Shaar and Naftali Fraenkel are captured alive, and not killed during their capture, there are two questions that need to be asked:

1) Will PA President Mahmoud Abbas pay them and their family a monthly salary, as he does for other terrorists in jail?

2) Will PA President Mahmoud Abbas fight to have the terrorists released, as he does for other terrorists?
