Is AI and social media the new God and Bible of the day?

I’m wondering, and I’m not afraid to question and to say:

WHO precisely are the people behind AI?…

No one knows exactly what is true and what’s a lie.

And I, for one, would really like to know -

WHO is behind the curtain running this frightening show;

Manipulating brains that are ripe to pick…

This kind of future appears so very terrifying, Orwellian, and bleak…

Who would let their children stand out in the street?

And listen to opinions of strangers that they meet?

And believe strangers’ ideas and advice -

Even if it’s corrupting, damaging, and full of lies?

Alas, it’s not just children who fall under the spell;

So many rational adults, believing in what AI has to tell;

It’s frightening what’s happening to humankind -

Whatever happened to using our brain  and mind ?

Is this a kind of mass hypnosis upon the world released?

Are our enemies rejoicing, having a feast?

Realizing how easy to brainwash most people are -

And how social media is doing a great job so far!🙁😢
