France Chief Rabbi "Horrified"

The Chief Rabbi of France Gilles Bernheim said he was "horrified" and "upset" by the shooting Monday morning outside a Jewish school in Toulouse, which killed three people including two children, witnesses said, and planned to visit the site "immediately," according to French TV.
