Gaddafi Jr. Sentenced to Death

A Libyan court has sentenced Saif al-Isalm Gaddafi to death. Gaddafi is the son of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.

Gaddafi and 8 others have been sentenced to death for war crimes committed in 2011, and more than 30 were tried in this court sentencing.

Gaddafi wasn't actually in the court, as he is currently being held captive by one of the former rebel groups in Zintan, which refuses to turn him over.

According to the BBC, the group won't execute Gaddafi or turn him over to the court.
