How to Say 'to Staff' in Hebrew

If you read the title of this post and didn't quite understand what I'm getting it, you're probably not the only one.
The word לְאַיֵּשׁ ( listen and repeat) doesn't really have a direct translation into English. The best I could come up with is to man and to staff, but these don't quite do this word justice. It means something to the effect of to place personnel into a position or positions.

יֵשׁ תַּפְקִידֵי מוֹרִים שֶׁאֲנִי צָרִיךְ לְאַיֵּשׁ.
There are teacher positions that I need to fill with people.
לאייש is an active-intensive פִּעֵל verb, using one of the words for man - אִישׁ ( listen and repeat) - as its three-letter root.
