Netanya Cat Stealing Scooter

For years, Netanya has been fighting its reputation as the crime capitol of Israel, which made it the brunt of local jokes. The leaders of this beautiful municipality would much prefer to be known as the cleanest city in Israel (which it is) and the city with the highest concentration of French culture (which it is), rather than a crime city. But the local cats are apparently not aware of all those changes, and when they see a scooter left unattended, they spot an opportunity for quick profit.
