Otniel Residents Allowed to Leave Their Homes

Residents of Otniel have been in lock-down since 5:30 PM, after an Arab terrorist murdered Daphna Meir HY"D in her home.

At just after 11 PM, the army determined that the terrorist is definitely no longer inside the community, and the lock-down has been cancelled and residents have been told they can go outside.

The army believes the terrorist, who entered Otniel as a construction worker, has fled to one of the nearby Arab settlements.

The search continues.
