Update: Taxi Driver Overpowers Arab Attacker in Tel Aviv

An Arab woman in her 20s from Haifa stepped out of a Taxi in Tel Aviv, and then jumped on a boy passing by and began pounding him.

The woman was overpowered by the taxi driver.

Police are saying the attack was criminal.
