How do unresolved wars affect soldiers?
The actual event for which we give thanksgiving and sing Hallel is the salvation of the Jewish people.
Under international law, which also happens to be part of the law of the United States, ALL Palestinian terrorists are hostes humani generis: "Common enemies of humankind."
Both rape and being falsely accused of rape are life-altering events; in both cases the victims deserve our fullest support, the victimizers our unmitigated opprobrium.
Our military has to become less American and more European, less imperial and more multilateral.
