The town of Kiryat Arba, next to Hebron, is expanding.

The IDF Civil Administration approved the leasing of the land by the town of Kiryat Arba from the state, after the Israeli High Court determined that "Hill 22" was State land.

Four caravans were brought in on Monday for use by the municipality.
